Yes. A 14-day free trial, no credit card and no obligation. You connect your own systems rather than clicking around sample data, so what you see is your business, and if you keep the account you can subscribe monthly or yearly with no lock-in.
Your Wink plan is sized to how much work runs through your business, the jobs or sales orders you do in a month, regardless of how many people log in. Pick the system you run in the calculator on this page and it gives you the monthly figure. Bigger setup work on a connector is quoted separately as a Connector Prepaid Pack.
If your locations are divisions under one bill, we size the plan on total usage across them, then add $99 per month for each additional entity to cover the extra syncing. Example: three entities at 500 sales orders each are priced on 1,500, plus $99 × 2. If each location pays for itself, like a franchise, each one is a separate subscription, and they can still be set up as multi-entity.
No. You subscribe monthly or yearly and can cancel at any time. The yearly option is cheaper, but it is a discount rather than a commitment we hold you to.
Credit card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. We can arrange alternative payment methods for larger accounts, so ask on the call if a card does not suit your finance team.
Both are prorated. On an upgrade you are credited whatever is left in your current plan and charged only the difference, starting immediately. On a downgrade that credit runs down before you are charged again, which matters most when moving between yearly and monthly.
