Know what to order this week, and why
A working demand planning app that forecasts from sales history, flags what to reorder before stockouts, and shows cash tied up in dead stock.
Sound familiar?
You find out you are out of stock from a customer
The order comes in, the shelf is empty, and you are paying air freight or losing the sale to a competitor.
There is $80,000 sitting in stock nobody wants
Somebody over-ordered eighteen months ago, tying up cash you needed for growth.
The weekly order is one person's gut feel
It works until they take leave, because the reorder reasoning was never written down.
What you get on day one
It all works the moment the app is installed. Then you change whatever does not match how you buy.
Forecast per product
Demand forecasts built from your sales history rather than a generic rule of thumb.
Seasonality
Recognises peak and quiet months so you do not order summer quantities heading into winter.
Lead time and safety stock
Tracks supplier lead times and holds buffers so slow deliveries do not cause stockouts.
The weekly buy list
One concise list grouped by supplier showing what to order this week and quantities.
Stockout risk
Which products will run out first, how soon, and estimated lost sales value.
Cash tied up in overstock
Which items you are over-holding and the exact capital tied up in them.

Your buying rules, not a textbook's
You know your suppliers and customers better than any generic formula. Put your rules in.
Hold six weeks of cover for the overseas supplier and two weeks for the local one.
There's a container arriving on the 14th, factor that in before telling me to reorder.
Ignore that one wholesale customer's bulk orders so they don't skew the seasonal trend.
Email me the buy list every Monday at 6am, grouped by supplier.
Easy to change. Still trustworthy with your numbers.
The stock numbers reconcile
Every stock movement is a new entry rather than an edit, so inventory records can always be traced and audited.
You can see why it recommended something
Every suggested order shows the forecast, lead time and buffer behind it. You are never asked to trust a blind number.
Reserved and available stock are not the same thing
Stock committed to open jobs or accepted quotes is excluded from available quantities, so you never sell it twice.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, with a GDPR Data Processing Addendum.
Integrations
Works with what you already run
Products, sales history and stock levels sync live from your existing inventory systems with no second list to maintain.

What's the catch?
No. It reads their data and does the planning they do not, which is the bit that is currently a spreadsheet.
More is better, especially for seasonality, but it will produce useful reorder points from a few months of data and improve as history builds.
Always. It gives you a recommendation with the reasoning attached, not an instruction. You can also change the rules so it stops making a recommendation you keep overriding.
The app works the minute it is installed and reads whatever history is already in Cin7 or Unleashed, so you get a first pass the same day. Tuning it to your lead times and your seasonality is usually a conversation or two.
Every inventory has them, and they are the reason the spreadsheet exists. You set the rules for those lines yourself, such as a minimum you always hold or a supplier who needs six weeks, and the app plans around them instead of averaging them away.
